This workshop is developed from human movement, for people who like and need to move beyond what is usual or everyday. Our body is made of memory, but throughout our lives we are getting used to repeating the same principles and forgetting our First Body, the body of the human being, which allows us innumerable possibilities, the body of the baby playing on the carpet, the primitive body , the body-voice-mind elastic and creative. In this work we seek to develop and enhance kinaesthetic body intelligence, making the body more sensitive to the external and internal concrete stimuli so that the actor / performer can react in real time and create from the movement singular qualities of corporality, orality and interiority.
